Master’s degree (or higher) from a recognized institution and at least 10 years of Executive Management experience
Experience in Public Limited Company executive management
Experience managing 1,000+ workforce
Executive Presence and ability maintain a calm demeanor in high-stress environments
Significant Project Management experience on behalf of senior executives.
Superior research, analytical, planning, organizational skills, and detail-orientation
Strong customer-service orientation
Ability to manage multiple projects, and competing priorities while adhering to deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, exercise mature professional judgment, and use discretion

What you do
Manage internal and external projects in coordination with other departments and/or organizations on behalf of the CEO.
Develop credibility and authority for the finance leadership team by providing accurate analysis of budgets, reports and financial trends, and operational procedures.
Provide expert financial guidance and advice to others within executive leadership.
Responsibility for strategic policy development, implementation, and delivery, and consistent in regeneration and growth.
Ensure that strategy is effectively delivered into organizational and team objectives and that resources are appropriately allocated against priority outcomes
Planning, managing, and controlling multiple project schedules and overseeing the completion of deliverables within budget and timescale deadlines.
Managing complex and politically sensitive scenarios by ensuring effective dialogue between all parties.
Ensuring good financial management of projects, overseeing the preparation of capital and revenue targets, monitoring reports, and financial returns to the company.
Monitor organizational performance by tracking progress and ensuring delivery of plans and ensure the leadership team is aware of changes that may affect performance/services.
Procuring the supply of services and works ensuring best practice, value for money, and adherence with legislative requirements, mandatory guidelines, processes, and Financial Regulations
