Minimum of 10 years of proven success in international sales management, preferably in ILI industry
Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive, international environment.
Demonstrated experience leading a high-performance, geographically dispersed sales team.
Strong understanding of international markets, cultural dynamics, and regional sales strategies.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel internationally as required.

Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs to the executive team.

Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and finance teams to optimize the customer journey and ensure sales success.
Represent the company at international events, conferences, and trade shows as needed.
