Age: 35 – 45 years old
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Location: Thai national only — onsite at Ban Chang, Rayong
Experience: 8+ years in accounting, with experience overseeing or standardising accounting practices across multiple entities or business units
SAP Business One HANA: Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (B1) HANA — able to assess configuration, identify errors, and drive corrections end-to-end
Accounting Standards: Strong command of Thai accounting standards (TFRS/TFAC) and ability to enforce them consistently across the group
Professional Courage: Professional courage — willingness to identify and escalate issues, challenge legacy practices, and present findings directly to the CEO and AC
Certification & Background: CPA certification preferred; experience as a senior individual contributor or internal audit background is a strong advantage

With a direct mandate from the CEO, you will assess current practices, identify what is incorrect, and drive the transformation needed to bring every entity up to the same rigorous standard — on SAP B1 HANA.
