Minimum 3 years of experience in a laboratory environment, preferably with instruments such as Electrical, Analytical, or NDT.
Proficiency in ISO/IEC17025 requirements and quality management systems.
Bachelor's degree in engineering fields, Science Instruments, or related disciplines.
Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
Prior experience in a leadership role within an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with ISO/IEC17025 testing regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to manage and coordinate with government agencies and state enterprises, such as TISI.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

We are currently hiring a Lab Supervisor to oversee the quality management processes within our laboratory. The Lab Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC17025 standards, managing test and calibration methods, and providing guidance to laboratory personnel on quality procedures.

Supervise and coordinate the implementation of Quality System documents, including the Quality Manual and Methods, to ensure adherence to ISO/IEC17025 standards.
Conduct internal audits and method audits, identifying non-conformances and facilitating root cause analysis and complaint resolutions.
Maintain equipment test and calibration schedules, ensuring sample traceability and documenting results accurately.
Collaborate closely with laboratory operations to ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly quality tasks.
Foster cooperative working relationships with all employees, providing support and guidance as needed.
Serve as the primary point of contact with regulatory bodies such as the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) for ISO/IEC17025 E-Accredited processes.
Occasionally travel for work-related activities, such as NDT shutdowns with the operations team.
