Your skill

Who you are

  • 10 years of working experiences in oil & gas industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field 

  • Boast a proven track record of an exceptional success in international sales leadership roles, with a relentless focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets. 

  • Exhibit an insatiable sales hunter mentality, fuelled by an unwavering determination to achieve and surpass objectives. 

  • Demonstrate expertise in managing high-performing sales teams across multiple locations, with a preference for experience in the South America, Oceania and Southeast Asia. (Base in Thailand and travelling for work between Australia and other countries) 

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of pipeline inspection technologies and industry dynamics, enabling you to dominate the market with innovative solutions. 

  • Command exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, inspiring teams to reach new heights of performance and success. 

  • Be prepared to travel extensively internationally as required. 

  • Proficiency in additional languages is a distinct advantage. 

  • Fluent English speaking (Business Level).

  • Identify and seize new business opportunities within the designated territories, leveraging our cutting-edge pipeline inspection solutions to secure lucrative deals. 

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and surpass sales targets across South America, Oceania, and Southeast Asia. 

  • Forge and expand business opportunity with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive aggressive business growth and revenue. 

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence, determination, and achievement to dominate the competition. 

  • Analyze market trends, outmanoeuvre competitors, and anticipate customer needs to craft innovative sales strategies that deliver unparalleled results. 

  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to optimize sales efforts and elevate customer satisfaction to new heights.
