Master’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition and Talent Management roles (Optional with a focus on the pipeline inspection industry).
Fluent in English communication, Comprehension in writing, listening, reading skills.
Extensive knowledge of talent management principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with HR software &Applicant tracking systems. E.g. Manatal, MyHR, Workday etc.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of proactively driving results in recruitment.
Understanding of relevant employment laws, regulations, labor law, and industry best practices would be a plus points.
Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovative talent solutions aligned with business objectives.
