Talent Acquisition Global / APAC (Supervisor / Officer)

We are seeking a pro-active and highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting, retaining, and developing top-tier talent for our organization.

Your skill

Who you are

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field. 

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition and Talent Management roles (Optional with a focus on the pipeline inspection industry). 

  • Fluent in English communication, Comprehension in writing, listening, reading skills. 

  • Extensive knowledge of talent management principles and practices. 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 

  • Proficiency with HR software &Applicant tracking systems. E.g. Manatal, MyHR, Workday etc. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 

  • Proven track record of proactively driving results in recruitment. 

  • Understanding of relevant employment laws, regulations, labor law, and industry best practices would be a plus points. 

  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities. 

  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovative talent solutions aligned with business objectives.

Your job

What you do

  • Talent Acquisition, lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a continuous pool of qualified candidates. Crafting compelling job descriptions to negotiating offers and facilitating seamless onboarding experiences. 

  • Employ advanced sourcing techniques and industry-specific knowledge to identify and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including professional networks, industry events, and online platforms. 

  • Post Recruitment, back of the house support with the system and documents support. Eg. Generate offer letters, Generate communication with related departments for the pre-boarding preparations and collaborations. 

  • Actively contribute to employer branding efforts, positioning the organization as an employer of choice within the pipeline inspection sector. 

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and anticipate talent needs, developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies for pipeline inspection roles. 

  • To support succession planning efforts to identify and develop future leaders within the organization. Work closely with leadership to create and implement talent development plans for key positions. 

  • To support the career development programs to support employees in their professional growth. Provide guidance on career paths, skill development, and advancement opportunities within the organization. 

  • Drive positive candidate experiences, maintaining regular communication and providing valuable feedback throughout the hiring journey. 

  • Collaborate with TA team and hiring managers to advance talent management initiatives, including performance management, employee development, and strategic succession planning. 

  • Assist the post recruitment activities, system, and documents. Eg. Generate communication with related departments for the pre-boarding preparations and collaborations. 

  • Any upcoming projects, ad hoc job assignments to be assigned.
