We are a professional Training Provider specializing in Soft Skill Development for individuals and corporate clients. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele-Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in Tele-Sales, Sales, or Call Center roles.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially over the phone.

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).

  • Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.

  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.

Education

  • Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) or bachelor’s degree.

  • Any field of study (Sales, Marketing, or Communication is a plus).

Advantages (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in selling training courses, seminars, workshops, or educational services.

  • Experience in B2B or corporate clients.

  • Basic knowledge or strong interest in Soft Skill development.

  • Basic English communication skills.

  • Experience using CRM or sales pipeline systems.

Your job

What you do

  • Contact prospective clients via phone to promote and sell Soft Skill training courses (e.g. Communication, Leadership, Teamwork, Customer Service).

  • Present course details, training formats, schedules, and pricing clearly and professionally.

  • Follow up with interested prospects and close sales effectively.

  • Maintain and update customer information and sales status in CRM / Excel.

  • Coordinate with Training and Administration teams regarding schedules, quotations, and related documents.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and propose additional courses.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
