Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in Tele-Sales, Sales, or Call Center roles.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially over the phone.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
Responsible, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
Education
Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) or bachelor’s degree.
Any field of study (Sales, Marketing, or Communication is a plus).

Basic knowledge or strong interest in Soft Skill development.
