DEXON Mechanical Solutions Co., Ltd. (DMS), a subsidiary of DEXON Technology Public Company Limited (DEXON), provides engineering design, fabrication, structural work, and mechanical and maintenance personnel services for both piping and structural applications. DMS has successfully delivered the "Pigging System Improvement" project to Shell Thailand Co., Ltd. (SHELL Thailand) by installing Spherical PIG inspection equipment manufactured by DMS. This equipment was manufactured to customer specifications. The project had a contract duration of 4.5 months, and DMS was able to complete the work within 2 months without disrupting the customer's production process. There was no need for hot work, which reduced risks during installation. The project involved installing and improving 14 product pipelines and testing the PIG Signaler, which operates by sending signals through a PLC (Programable Logic Controller) system to the process control room.

Dr. Mallika Kaekla, CEO of DEXON Technology Public Company Limited, said, "DMS is a DEXON subsidiary that provides engineering design, fabrication, structural work, and mechanical and maintenance personnel services for both piping and structural applications. In this project, DMS was responsible for the entire process, from designing the PIG Signaler production system to testing and installing it in the field with the DMS team. We delivered the project ahead of schedule, allowing the customer to continue production uninterrupted throughout the project. We were also able to address the customer's needs fully. This project reaffirms DEXON's position as a world-class company and a leader in Thailand with the capability to manufacture pipeline integrity inspection and assessment technology and provide comprehensive services to customers, from concept development to full-service delivery."
