AOGV, a patented innovation by IZOMAX, revolutionizes mechanical isolation by allowing the safe installation and removal of blind spades between flanges—even in pressurized systems.
This makes it possible to isolate and replace valves or pumps, or temporarily disconnect equipment from pressurized pipelines, tanks, or vessels without disrupting production.
This new pipeline solution will be deployed on an offshore production platform owned by a leading multinational energy company this September.
In this project, AOGV will isolate a gas-pressurized bypass pipeline segment before it enters the subsea transmission system. The device will be installed between a passing valve and the transmission line, allowing proactive maintenance without halting production—a highly sensitive task that requires precision and safety.)
