The company is committed to the safety and well‑being of its personnel and the surrounding community. The company aims to promote and instill a mindset of safety, occupational health, and environmental consciousness as a daily practice for its staff, benefiting everyone, including the wider community and society as a whole.
The company is dedicated to ensuring its operations comply with the standards set forth in the Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment Act B.E. 2554 (2011). To this end, it has established a Safety and Occupational Health Committee to oversee and report on occupational health, safety, and work environment performance on a monthly basis. Additionally, the company has implemented internal communication channels that enable staff to report or provide suggestions related to safety, occupational health, working conditions, and the environment.
In 2024, the company monitored and addressed unsafe working conditions and environmental issues, reviewed its safety and environmental policies, safety manuals, operational procedures, work instructions, and risk registers resulting from job safety analyses to ensure their relevance and currency as a guide for safe working practices. The outcomes of its occupational health, safety, and environmental efforts are as follows:
Establish emergency response and prevention plans for every operational area. Maintain an organizational crisis management and emergency preparedness plan to be ready for incidents that may arise, as well as for other crisis situations that could disrupt business, damage the company’s reputation, or affect its image.
