Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Automation engineering, Mechanical engineering, Mechatronic engineer or similar field
Experience: 5+ years of experience in design schematics for automation components using CAD software and analyze production processes to assess automation’s best use
Prefer experience with designing and testing automated machinery and processes in order to complete exact tasks
Experience with robotics, AI and machine learning
Solid understanding of computer programming and software development
Creative thinking skills
Excellent communication skills in English verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills

Lead of automation/robotics development projects, design, develop and maintain automation standards, and perform feasibility studies, and prototype solutions.
Work on custom automation solutions to support the team.
Implement improvements with measurable results in savings, quality and productivity.
Commissioning test and simulations to ensure the systems work as intended.
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency with automation.
Process and document automation test plans.
Identifying quality issues and writing reports
Lead or participate in an estimation process.
Ability to keep up with the latest technologies.
A desire to continually upgrade technical knowledge.
Collaborating with the design team to solve faults.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Understand safety procedures and train team members on safe work practices.
