This role requires strategic and hands-on leadership to manage and integrate diverse technical teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, operational efficiency, and alignment with the company’s objectives.

Direct and mentor multidisciplinary teams, including:
Transducer & Connector teams.
Engineering & Quality Assurance teams.

Technicians and QA/QC personnel.
Testing and Validation specialists.
Engineering Management
Oversee the design, development, and testing of new products or systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality guidelines.
Manage engineering teams, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with R&D teams to transition projects from development to production.
Production Management
Direct and oversee all aspects of the production process, including planning, scheduling, and execution.

Address and resolve production challenges, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
