  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or HR, with a focus on pre-boarding or onboarding.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Excellent time management skills. interpersonal skills, and organizational skill

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Your job

What you do

Candidate Sourcing & Screening:

  • Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation.

Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Pre-Boarding Coordination:

  • Oversee the collection and verification of all required pre-boarding documents from new hires, including identification, employment forms, related necessary paperwork, finger scan, Employee badge photo taking etc.

  • Ensure that all documents are accurate, complete, and comply with company and legal standards.

Background Checks & Verification:

  • Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings.

  • Liaise with third-party agencies to ensure timely and accurate completion of checks.

Onboarding Process Support:

  • Prepare and provide new hires with a comprehensive onboarding package, including company policies, benefits information, and orientation schedules.

  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to arrange onboarding logistics.

Data Management:

  • Employee registration on company’s database

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with pre-boarding information.

  • Ensure all data is securely stored and accessible only to authorized personnel.

Candidate Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during the pre-boarding process.

  • Provide guidance and support to candidates, addressing any questions or concerns.

  • Drive positive candidate experiences, maintaining regular communication and providing valuable feedback throughout the hiring journey

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure all pre-boarding activities comply with relevant labour laws and company policies.

  • Maintain accurate records of all pre-boarding activities and documents.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify areas for improvement in the pre-boarding process and suggest enhancements.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.

  • Any upcoming projects, ad hoc job assignments to be assigned.
