In the world of in-line inspection, business development requires more than a list of products to sell. Every pipeline presents a different challenge, and hitting on the right solution demands a solid knowledge of engineering, technology, and operational constraints.
Last week, Dexon brought together its global business development team at its headquarters in Rayong, Thailand for a five-day Global ILI Sales Seminar.
The program was designed with a single purpose in mind: ensure that every team is well-equipped to help operators solve their integrity problems.
Participants took part in sessions covering:
• A deep technical dive into ultrasonic in-line inspection
• Current R&D projects (with some exciting announcements coming soon!)
• AI-assisted inspection data analysis and reporting
• The latest software platforms and workflows
The team also toured Dexon's R&D facilities and test yard to better understand the company's engineering, manufacturing, and tool validation capabilities.
By the week's end, each member wrote their actionable goal for the year on a sticky note proudly displayed below.
As demand for advanced asset integrity solutions continues to grow, investing in technical expertise across our global commercial team helps ensure customers receive knowledgeable, practical support—wherever their pipelines are located and however they are configured.
