Dexon TechnologyThe WHA Group granted Dexon Technology an award for the company’s efforts to reduce carbon and support a greener business landscape.
Dexon's efforts were part of the broader WeCYCLE Project, an eco-initiative organized by WHA Group in collaboration with the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT), PTT Global Chemical (PTTGC), SCG Packaging (SCGP), and BSGF Co., Ltd. )
The project aims to advance sustainable resource management through the Bio-Circular-Green Economy Model, promoting recycling and upcycling of waste and used materials within the industrial sector. )
Dexon’s participation marks another step forward in creating a a circular economy within the organization and industry.
In this case, employees collected and donated used plastics for recycling.
Between all 119 participating companies, the project reduced 243 tons of CO₂.
That is equivalent to:
Planting approximately 11,045 trees to full maturity, or
Reducing car usage by more than 968,127 kilometers.
