Full-Scale Testing & Validation

Engineers validate all tools at Dexon's 7-acre test yard using simulated pipeline conditions, artificial defects, and pull-through or closed-loop testing prior to field deployment. Custom defect spools, difficult geometries, and operational constraints can be replicated to verify both passage and detection capability before mobilization. Clients can also request Dexon to fabricate customized validation spools or send validation spools to install into the pipeline. Additionally, they are welcome to witness testing, inspection demonstrations, and validation activities at Dexon's testing facilities.
