Full-Scale Testing & Validation

Engineers validate inspection technologies at Dexon's 7-acre test facility using closed-loop pump-through systems and representative defect samples.  Artificial corrosion defects, cracks, and geometric anomalies are installed to verify both detection capability and tool passage prior to mobilization.  Clients can also request Dexon to fabricate customized validation spools or send validation spools to install into the pipeline. Additionally, they are welcome to witness testing, inspection demonstrations, and validation activities at Dexon's testing facilities.
